Why Executive Coaching?

COACHING ENGAGEMENTS
Coaching with CBJ is conducted virtually, with 60-minute sessions typically scheduled bi-weekly over six months. While this is our standard approach, we work closely with each client to design a coaching plan that best fits their unique needs and goals, ensuring a truly personalized experience.
Through coaching, leaders will gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, motivations, and blind spots, increasing their self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Using the Enneagram as a core tool, they will uncover key insights about their leadership style and how it impacts those around them. Guided by the LOOP™️ framework, they will create a structured transformation plan; a roadmap for growth that they can apply both during coaching and beyond. This process equips them with the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to make better decisions, lead authentically, and cultivate stronger relationships with those around them.
360 Qualitative Assessment
CBJ’s 360 Qualitative Assessment provides leaders with in-depth, anonymous feedback from those who work closest with them: direct reports, peers, managers, and key stakeholders. Through one-on-one interviews, we gather valuable insights into the leader’s strengths, blind spots, and leadership impact. The leader is also interviewed as part of the process, ensuring a well-rounded perspective.
Once all interviews are complete, CBJ compiles and synthesizes the feedback into a comprehensive report, which is shared confidentially with the leader. This feedback becomes a foundational piece of their transformation plan, helping them gain deeper self-awareness and refine their leadership approach.
