CBJ’s Leadership Offsites provide teams with a dedicated space to step away from daily demands and focus on building stronger, more connected working relationships. Grounded in the Enneagram, these offsites foster deeper self-awareness, trust, and collaboration, helping teams communicate more effectively and work together with greater alignment.
OFFSITE FORMATS
Half-Day Workshop: Team members will gain deeper insight into each other’s motivations, strengths, challenges, and unique contributions to the team. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, this workshop encourages open communication and vulnerability, fostering a closer connection among team members and building a foundation of trust.
Full-Day Workshop: By exploring team dynamics, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to work more effectively as a group. Team members will walk away with practical strategies for improving alignment, strengthening relationships, and enhancing overall team performance.
Two-Day Workshop: Provides teams with the opportunity to strengthen team dynamics while focusing on one to two specific areas of growth: decision-making, conflict resolution, giving feedback, or communication. With ample time for reflection, discussion, and application, team members gain a shared understanding that drives long-term success.
Pre-session Online Questionnaire & Report Debrief
Prior to the offsite, each leader will take the iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment, receive their personalized report, and participate in a private debrief/coaching session with a certified Enneagram Practitioner.
