Our Team Development Programs provide a structured yet flexible approach to team development, ensuring insights gained don’t fade but instead become an integral part of how your team communicates, collaborates, and evolves.

Long-Term Growth, Lasting Impact

One-off workshops can spark great conversations, but lasting transformation happens over time. CBJ’s Team Development Programs are designed to support teams throughout the year, reinforcing Enneagram-based learning and growth.

Each program includes an Enneagram Assessment, personalized report, and private debrief/coaching session for individual team members. The journey begins with "Who I Am", a foundational 4-hour workshop where team members gain self-awareness and a shared language for working together. From there, teams select from a variety of workshops to deepen their understanding and strengthen key areas such as communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Programs also include a Team Kickoff Meeting, a project timeline, before and after surveys, and multiple leader touchpoints to ensure progress and alignment. Individual coaching sessions are available as an optional add-on.

CBJ works closely with teams to tailor these programs to their unique needs, creating a development experience that grows with your team and delivers long-term results.
